I honor of starting up this blog I thought I'd have a giveaway!!!!
I'm so excited about this.... :)
Ok, I'm giving away some natural soap that I made in the fall!
The scent is Lavender and it also has oatmeal and cocoa butter in it.
Its my favorite of all the soap I have made. And I hope you enjoy it just as much!

Hi again Laura,
Here's the recipe I'm going to share with you for another entry in your giveaway. This is one of our favorite casseroles to make for supper. It's very easy... and very delicious! :)
Hot Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups diced cooked chicken
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion (we use more than that)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cups grated cheddar cheese (1 cup inside, 1 on top)
What to do:
Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir thoroughly. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with cheese.Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes and enjoy!

Ok, I emailed 3 friends (four, actually), and I'm just going to post a recipe here in my comment. I have lots of recipes I love, but this is one of my ABSOLUTE favorites! ;)
CHEX MUDDY BUDDIES
Ingredients:
9 cups Corn Chex®, Rice Chex®, Wheat Chex® or Chocolate Chex® cereal (or combination)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.
2. In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
3. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
